INGREDIENTS: Green tea

Emperor's Clouds & Mist earned its rightful name. It is a green tea grown about 3,500 feet up in the mist and clouds of the mountainous Fujian province.

The journey to the Fujian province is like stepping into a mystical realm. As you ascend the mountainous terrain, the air becomes cooler and the mist envelops you, creating an ethereal atmosphere. In this enchanting setting, Clouds and Mist Green Tea is cultivated, a tea fit for an emperor's dream.

The distinctive tightly rolled leaves and silvery fuzzy buds are carefully plucked. The leaves are then allowed to wither in the sun. Once dry, the leaves are rolled into small balls and then oxidized to create a delicate balance of fruity sweetness and subtle smokiness, reminiscent of the renowned gunpowder tea.

Upon brewing, the tea releases a captivating aroma that dances through the air. Clouds and Mist Green Tea possesses a complexity that sets it apart. Each sip is a journey of flavors, unfolding like a story on your palate. The delicate flavor of Clouds and Mist tea is meant to be savored without milk or sugar to be fully appreciated.

If you're new to green tea or don't like grassy flavors, Clouds and Mist Green Tea will please you. Its smooth and gentle nature makes it a perfect introduction to the wonders of green tea. The crisp finish leaves a refreshing sensation as if the mist itself has kissed your lips.

As you savor a cup of this exquisite tea, you can't help but sense the ancient traditions of the Fujian province. It is as if the clouds and mist have whispered their secrets into each leaf, infusing every cup of tea with a touch of magic. With every sip, you are indulging in the finest teas fit for royalty.

Clouds and Mist Green Tea is not just a beverage; it is an experience. It is a testament to the artistry and dedication of the tea farmers who have perfected their craft over generations. So, take a moment to immerse yourself in the world of Clouds and Mist Green Tea. Let its enchanting flavors transport you to a realm of tranquility and bliss.

Well what an interesting tea as it's a green tea laf rolled into balls that slowly expand upon steeping. I usually drink my tea plain so this tea gives off notes of dried grass aged in brown paper bags. Maybe I'm not that complex but unless you add a dab of honey its honestly not great.

Like Drinking a Cloud in a Cup

A cup of this tea, served hot, is a pleasant way to start each morning. I steep it for 2-3 minutes max at around 200 degrees and enjoy it with a couple of teaspoons of honey. I will keep this tea on hand and highly recommend it!
