We want you to be 100% happy
with your Tealeavz purchase.

Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately food products, such as tea, are not returnable. You may return ceramic or glass items for a store credit or refund, minus restocking fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon receipt, not due to misuse. You will need to provide pictures of the damaged product and damaged packaging.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCEDURE
Email us at info@tealeavz.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Specify how you'd like to proceed: 1) full merchandise credit to tealeavz.com, shipping fees excluded, 2) refund back to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees excluded, or 3) product exchange.

You will receive a response from us within two business days with an RMA and return shipping instructions. Product will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested. Please note: Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.
