We want every customer to be 100% happy
with their Tealeavz purchase.

Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return items for a store credit or refund, minus restocking fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCEDURE
Email us at info@tealeavz.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Specify how you'd like to proceed: 1) full merchandise credit to tealeavz.com, shipping fees excluded, 2) refund back to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees excluded, or 3) product exchange.

You will receive a response from us within two business days with an RMA and return shipping instructions. Product will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested: 1) store credit, 2) refund minus 20% restocking fee, or 3) ship the product exchange. Please note: Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.
