Tropical Ginger Turmeric Smoothie
Our Tropical Turmeric Refresher is everything you want in a summer smoothie—sweet mango, juicy pineapple, creamy coconut water, and the warming spice of Tealeavz Ginger Turmeric Tea. A smoothie that's both refreshing and satisfying.
Makes: 1 large serving (or 2 smaller servings)
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Tealeavz Ginger Turmeric Tea
- 8 ounces boiling water
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup ice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Fresh pineapple or a lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew the Tealeavz Ginger Turmeric Tea in 8 ounces of boiling water for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the tea and let it cool completely. For the best flavor, refrigerate until well chilled.
- Add the chilled tea, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, coconut water, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If you'd like a touch more sweetness, add honey and blend again.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh pineapple or a lime wedge.
🥭 Tea Master's Note
For an extra tropical twist, replace half of the coconut water with chilled coconut milk for a richer, creamier texture. You can also add a few fresh mint leaves before blending for a refreshing finish.
