When you place your order with Tealeavz, we realize you are anxiously awaiting the moment when you can sip and savor our premium loose leaf teas. So we do everything we can get your order shipped out promptly.
Our shipping fee for most orders is a flat $4.99 (excluding accessories) and FREE for tea orders over $65. Many orders placed by 8AM PST are shipped the same business day (weekends and holidays excluded). We do our best to ship all orders in 1-2 business days.
Since we are (almost) centrally located in the US, our ship time is quicker than going from coast to coast, but the postman still takes time...typically you can expect to receive your order in 4-5 days from the ship date.
But don't worry, we'll keep you up to date as your order is processing, as well as tracking info once your order has shipped.
Delivery reported, but no package?
Often times, a package could be left in a place that may not be overly apparent to prevent it from 'walking away.' Or maybe the package was left with a neighbor for safekeeping.
Should anything be amiss, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
We happily ship to Canada! Orders typically ship next day Monday-Friday. The transit time depends on the transfer from USPS to Canadian Post. We ship primarily via USPS to Canadian Post to avoid additional taxes or duties incurred by the carrier. This shipping method requires additional transit time (could be up to 30 days). We are happy to ship via UPS International that will arrive sooner (typically within 8 days), but additional taxes or duties will be due by you upon delivery by the carrier.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship orders to select countries using Priority Mail International or UPS Select. Deliveries outside the United States typically arrive within 7-30 business days. Shipping rates are automatically calculated in checkout based on weight and distance.
Additional taxes or duties may be due upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We have assigned HTS codes to our products to help estimate and hopefully alleviate any duties that may be applied upon receipt in your country.
