ROOIBOS TEA

(Pronounced ROY-BOWS)

A naturally caffeine-free plant grown on the West Cape of South Africa.

Rooibos tea has an earthy and slightly nutty taste with a natural sweetness that is gentle and smooth. Rather than turning bitter, a longer steep creates a fuller-bodied flavor with a warm nutty aroma. 

Honeybush is also a plant native to South Africa grown on the East Cape. It is fuller bodied and sweeter than Rooibos with undertones of wood and honey.
