Q: What is the Subscribe & Save program?
A: Our Subscribe & Save program allows you to receive up to 12% off of the product price when signing up for our Subscribe & Save program. It is an automatic refill of your favorite tea.
You will make a shipping frequency selection when you sign up for the program. The following discounts will apply to your current and future subscription orders:
- Monthly - save 12%
- Bi-monthly - save 8%
- Quarterly - save 5%
As a courtesy, Subscribe & Save orders scheduled to ship on a holiday or weekend are generally shipped the preceding business day to help ensure that you receive your tea in a timely manner.
Q: How do I check the status or make changes to an existing Subscribe & Save order?
A: You can make changes to your Subscribe & Save profile at any time by accessing the customer portal. Changes include:
- Swap/add products
- Remove products
- Increase/decrease product quantities
- Pause, restart, or cancel subscription
- Change subscription plan
- Update shipping address information
- Update payment methods
- Change frequency of shipments
Please note: Any changes made within 7 days of an upcoming shipment may not be reflected on your account until the following month.
We will send a reminder notice three days prior to the Subscribe & Save. You do not need to do anything. As long as you remain on the Subscribe & Save program you will continue to receive this discount on future refills. Other discounts can not be combined with the Subscribe & Save discounts.
Subscribe & Save orders follow our standard Refund Policy as with a one-time purchase.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment, 24 hours later. Your order will not ship until the payment has been successfully processed. If the payment reattempts fail three times, your subscription will automatically cancel.
