Cold brewing tea gives you the same slow extraction of flavor as sun tea, but is done overnight in the refrigerator, avoiding the risk of bacteria that can form with sun tea. Cold brew works well for herbal, green, black, or white. Another bonus is you can't over-steep the tea when cold brewing! It also provides a higher level of antioxidants. It will last in your refrigerator 1-2 weeks, but the flavor may diminish after the first week. (That is if there is even any left after a day or two! :)
