While I think this is a very good version of the Tazo Passion tea, it tastes NOTHING like the Teavana Passion Tango. I love Starbucks Passion Tango and was really hoping this would be the answer to my hope of finding a good copy of the original Teavana. When Tazo bought Teavana they changed the mix on the “Passion Tango.” My guess would be Starbucks kept the original recipe as they continue to make and sell it in their stores. While they sell their other teas for customers to make at home, this is the one they refuse to release…I’ve asked.
In closing, if you like the Tazo Passion tea, you’ll love this mix. If you want the true Teavana Passion Tango, this isn’t going to satisfy.
This is not a bad tea but I didn't expect the cinnamon. It's a beautiful tea and has a winter holiday flavor to it. Spice and cinnamon.
I read "passion" and thought it would be a fruity passionfruit tea. I made it as a pitcher of iced tea and this is not suited for that for me. It will be a good hot tea and next time I make it I will be expecting the flavor.
I love Starbucks Ice Passion Tango Tea. I was hoping tealeavz Passion Tango would replicate it, but something is still missing. It is still a light refreshing pleasant herbal tea and I do enjoy it.
This tea tastes so good. I brew it then serve it over ice. It’s so refreshing especially during the dog days of summer. It smells as delicious as it tastes!
I made this a few times, making sure I didn't get too much of any one herb. Though I enjoyed this tisane, I was hoping for a little more passion fruit. To my taste, it is very hibiscus forward. I find that I enjoyed it more chilled vs hot. It's a nice tea, but not really what I was looking for. I may mix it with another blend and see where that takes me. I don't regret trying it out, but I probably wouldn't reorder it when I've finished this package.
