TYPES OF HERBAL TEA

Herbal tea is not technically a tea since it isn't derived from the Camellia sinensis plant as other teas. Also referred to as a tisane, herbal teas are simply infusions or blends of leaves, fruits, bark, roots, or flowers. With the amazing flavors and mental and physical health benefits they offer, loose herbal teas have become very popular over the past several decades, giving people a better focus on wellness to help deal with a stressful, chaotic world.

Herbal teas are lower in caffeine, but not always caffeine-free. From tropical fruits and hibiscus flowers to rich and tangy blood orange flavor – the one thing our herbal selections are never low in is flavor!
