Green Rooibos tea vs Red Rooibos tea

Green Rooibos tea and Red Rooibos tea differ mainly in their processing methods. Green Rooibos is unoxidized, so it does not undergo fermentation, which allows it to retain its green color and higher antioxidant levels, similar to green tea.
