Ingredients
- ยฝย cupย prepared green tea, room temperature or chilled
- 1ย teaspoonย coconut oil
- 1ย teaspoonย peeled and chopped fresh ginger
- 2ย large kale leaves, stripped from the stem (chopped if required for your blender model)
- 1ย cupย fresh blueberries, rinsed
- ยฝย cupย golden or red raspberries, fresh or frozen
- Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds
