Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Black Tea Cookies

Ingredients
- 1ย cย peanut butter (creamy is preferred)
- 2/3ย cupย coconut sugar
- 1ย large egg
- 1ย tspย baking powder
- 1ย Tย English Breakfast tea
- 1/2ย cupย dark chocolate chips (sugar-free works well too if you are looking for a bit less sweetness)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ยบF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Addย peanut butter, coconut sugar, egg, baking powder, and English Breakfast teaย into a medium bowl.

Mix by stirringย until egg is completely blended. Fold in chocolate chips.

Spoon 12 mounds of dough onto baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes until the dough is firm.

Bake 16-20 minutes, until edges are golden brown.

Cool on baking sheet 10 minutes.

Transfer cookies to wire cooling racks and cool 10 minutes longer.

If you don't want to make all the cookies at one time, you can keep the mounds of dough in the freezer (well sealed). They'll be ready to pop them into the ovenย the next time you are craving some fresh baked goodies!
